1. Are UNBOX Ready-to-Gift products available all-year round?
- UNBOX offers limited edition curations by festive season. Each curation is of limited quantity & available for purchase via our website, whilst stock last.
2. Any minimum orders required for seasonal Ready-to-Gift products on UNBOX website?
- For featured products on our website, no minimum quantity is required during the season offered.
3. Can I personalise my gift?
- One of the beauty of ordering from UNBOX is that we can attach a personalised tag with your message to the gift at an additional cost of MYR10 per gift (no Emojis)
- The personalised name for the laser engraved tag is limited to a max of 10 characters (Chinese characters can be done too, no Emojis)
- The message card is limited to 100 characters (Chinese characters can be printed too, no Emojis)
4. Do you provide delivery service?
- Yes, we do! Currently our delivery services are available throughout Peninsular Malaysia starting from RM25 (exact charges are subject to the delivery address & total cart weight, calculated at check out)
- Your gift will reach your doorstep within 5 to 7 working days upon your order confirmation.
- Delivery Terms and Conditions:
- Upon failed delivery, we will notify you (the buyer) to collect your items within 7 working days from our office at the address and time stated below.
- Alternatively, you may choose to make an additional payment for a second delivery attempt.
- Yes, you’re welcomed to collect your gifts from our office at the below address between Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10am – 6pm. Let us know if you choose to do so & we’ll be on standby:

7. How long does it take for my orders to be ready for self-collection?
- Your order will be ready to be picked up within 2 to 3 working days.

9. Can I exchange or refund an order?
- At UNBOX, we believe in delivering what we promise. We trust all our products will be received with delight and thus, they are non-exchangeable or refundable. If in the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with your order, let us know & we’ll try our best to improve on our services in the future.
10. How do I keep updated on the latest curations for upcoming seasons?
